SMT has a highly proficient technical team led by Mr. Vishal Jaiswal, Director (Technical), focused on advancing extrusion technology and driving industry innovation.
The company develops high-output, large-diameter machinery for HDPE, MDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, and PPR pipes and has introduced 5-meter-wide LDPE/LLDPE film and tubing plants with capacities of 1,500 kg per hour.
SMT has also developed a PPR three-layer pipe plant for hot and cold water applications and proudly manufactured India’s first Ø1200 mm HDPE three-layer pipe extrusion system.
In addition, SMT pioneered India’s first indigenous Flat Drip Irrigation Tube Extrusion Line (Single & Multi Layer) and continues to lead the market with its high-speed Round Drip Irrigation Tube Extrusion Lines.
Product Range & Innovation
SMT manufactures advanced plastic processing machinery (extruders) for the production of drip irrigation tubes, RPVC/UPVC/CPVC pipes and profiles, HDPE/HIPS/LLDPE/HMHDPE pipes and films, PVC/PP/PE coated cables, telephone and computer cables, pelletizing plants, monofilament, box strapping, and PP/PE tape plants.
Through constant interaction with customers, SMT continuously develops new products and enhances existing ones to make them more user-friendly, reliable, and market-oriented. The company serves a wide range of customers across diverse plastic processing segments.
SMT is also the proud innovator of an integrated HDPE/PPR pipe waste recycling system with an in-line shredder, conveyor, grinder, and underwater pelletizing system.
