This high-speed mixer can also be applied in the dryness of ABS and polycarbonate and mixing hydroxybenzene and aldehyde resin. The PVC mixer unit is composed of one hot mixing pot and one cooling pot. The materials from the hot mixer will be filled into the cooling mixer automatically, so it eliminates humidity and protects from agglomeration.

SMT makes a pulverizer designed for pulverizing semi-rigid, brittle, and impact-resistant materials where a powdered product is required. Granulated plastic materials are fed via vibratory feeder into the mill. The high-speed mill grinds the materials, and the suction system draws the materials from the mill. Proper metering and various screening systems help achieve the desired powder quality. Coarse materials from the screen are re-entering the mill via a closed-loop system. Typical applications are the pulverizing of LDPE, LLDPE, RPVC, HDPE, UPVC, PC, and various other plastics.
